Relationship Manager - OEM

As a Relationship Manager - OEM, you will be responsible for activating and managing dealership relationships, ensuring a steady flow of new business and premium generation. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance our presence in the motor insurance market. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for our OEM partners.

Responsibilities

• Activate and manage dealership relationships for motor insurance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase new business and premium generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the OEM team.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on dealership performance and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of the motor insurance market and dealership operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• Proven track record in dealership activation and new business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for dealership visits and partner meetings.
• Graduation is a must for this role.
