About the Role:

The Teaxpress creative team is the in-house creative engine challenged with creating compelling communication for various stakeholders consumers, customers driving forward the business. The team works on existing and new businesses requiring a strong understanding of design and communication sense across consumer segments, businesses and industries. It works closely with the brand and city and marketing teams, converting briefs into impactful copy and visual communication rooted in the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

 Understand the brief from the marketing team and transform them to tangible designs

 Knowledge of user-centered design principles to produce logical wireframes for Sales and Engagement event, stores and emailers.

 Participate and brainstorm on requirements and advise with Creative Ideas

 Come up and suggest new concepts and design ideas for website, social media

 Develop ready-to-deploy artworks for both print and digital requirements with a quick turnaround time.

 Well versed in packaging design with a strong understanding of techniques, materials and printing media

Requirements

 Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, branding for creative agencies, other web companies, ecommerce industry etc.

 A strong hold on Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

 Good communication skills and a team player

 Flexibility and passion for design
