We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team. The Academic IT Counselor will play a key role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals and educational needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable training programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their professional aspirations.

1. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background, career objectives, and prior experience.

2. Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selecting the most appropriate training programs based on their goals and skill level.

3. Explain our IT training programs' curriculum, course objectives, and learning outcomes to prospective students clearly and concisely.

4. Address any questions or concerns students raise regarding the training programs, admission process, or other related matters.

5. Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to provide additional information and support as needed.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the IT job market to advise students on their career paths effectively.

7. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data using our CRM system

Requirements

1. Any Graduate in any relevant Field

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.

4. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
