• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions

• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

• Manage the social media calendar and ensure regular posting

• Support in paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required

• Suggest new ideas and innovations to enhance the brand's digital presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 0-1 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices

• Proficiency in content creation (Text, Images, Videos)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital storytelling

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
