UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and wireframes to final handoff.

• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for a wide range of users, from clerks to senior doctors.

• Conduct usability testing and translate insights directly into design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and Tech Lead to ship features end-to-end.

• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across the product.

Tools

Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing and prototyping tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (or a strong fresher profile)

• Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD

• Solid grasp of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions

• Ability to design for diverse users — from elderly patients to domain experts like doctors

• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude

• Interest in leading design direction as the product grows
