Job Overview:

As the Creative Head at Urban Gabru, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our creative direction. You will lead a team of 3 to 4 talented designers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work. We are looking for an individual with a modern design philosophy and hands-on experience with design softwares such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the design team, setting a high standard for creativity and innovation.
2. Execution : Ability to execute creative projects individually end to end.
3. Design Strategy : Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience.
4. Hands-on Design : Utilize your expertise in design software, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.
5. Team Management : Oversee a team of 2-3 designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the team's growth and productivity.
6. Project Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that design solutions meet business goals.
7. Portfolio Review : Review and critique the work of your team members, ensuring that design output adheres to modern design principles and is not outdated.
8. Quality Assurance : Maintain quality control throughout the design process, ensuring that the final output meets or exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
4. Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage.
5. A portfolio of creative work demonstrating your modern design philosophy.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
