About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing high-quality Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable mobile applications, integrating REST APIs, managing offline data, and collaborating with backend and UI/UX teams.

You will be responsible for developing new features, fixing bugs, improving application performance, and contributing to the overall product architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter.
• Build reusable, clean, and maintainable Dart code.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers.
• Develop responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Implement state management using Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and startup time.
• Debug production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Work with local storage solutions such as Hive, or Shared Preferences.
• Implement push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Maintain application security and implement best practices.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Write technical documentation where required.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Flutter application development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Experience with Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and navigation.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as:

• Provider
• Bloc
• Riverpod
• GetX

• Experience with local databases such as:

• Hive

• Knowledge of Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Analytics

• Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.
• Understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with Android Studio, VS Code, and Xcode.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle and mobile architecture patterns.

• Experience with Maps (Google Maps/OpenStreetMap).
• Background location tracking.
• Camera integration and media uploads.
• Biometric authentication.
• Offline-first application development.
• WebSocket or Socket.IO integration.
• Deep Linking and Universal Links.
• CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
• Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Ability to estimate development tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working on enterprise or B2B applications is preferred.
