Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and key stakeholders.
Drive life/general insurance product sales through assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff and support customer acquisition activities.
Train and coach branch employees on insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and business performance metrics.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.
