Description
- Lead and oversee third party claims and legal activities across the Zone.
- Monitor and drive loss ratio improvement, claims registration, processing, award compliance and timely settlement of claims.
- Manage and monitor MACT litigation, including case strategy , legal proceedings, awards and executions.
- Drive settlement of claims through Lok adalats
- Monitor performance of panel lawyers
- Lead and guide the Zonal team by ensuring proper coordination across geographically dispersed locations.
