Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Research & Catalog Executive who will be responsible for researching, creating, and maintaining accurate product listings while ensuring alignment with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on newly launched products from official brand websites and trusted sources.

Create and manage product listings on the Magento platform with complete and accurate details including:

Manufacturer (MFG) number

Pricing

Technical specifications

Product descriptions

High-quality images

Regularly update existing product listings to reflect the latest models, specifications, and pricing changes.

Perform routine audits of product catalogs to identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.

Ensure all product data meets quality standards and aligns with marketplace guidelines.

Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.

Leverage AI-powered research tools to gather and validate product information quickly and effectively.

Monitor competitor websites to stay updated with market trends and product positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with

Magento product management

or similar eCommerce platforms.

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with

AI-based research tools

and data extraction techniques.

Good understanding of

technology products (IT hardware/software, cloud, AI solutions)

.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office tools

(Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
