Job Summary:
- Job Title: US IT Recruiter
- Experience: 3yr- 6yrs into US/ IT Staffing
- Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US SHIFTS)
- Location: Pune /Bhopal (Work from home till COVID-19 settles down)
Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Sourcing of candidates using Job Portals, Referrals and Vendors in accordance of the Job description.
- Updating the database on regular basis.
- Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.
- Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Good to have experience working on VMS requirement.
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
- Maintain strict turnaround time and adhere to specific requirements.
- Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan.
- Thorough Assessment of candidate's skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn and other available online forums.
- Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
- Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process.
- Coordinating with the team to resolve clients/ candidate queries.
- Responsible for handling activities/ tasks allocated by the TL or V Group.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced and competitive work environment.
- Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of US Recruitment Cycle, Tax Terms, Work Status etc.
- Good understanding of Internet and MS office is must.
- Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred.
- Self-motivated and team player. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Should be ready to work in night shift.
