Job Description

As a Logistic Supervisor, you will oversee the teams and processes involved in receiving incoming shipments (unloading) and preparing outgoing shipments (loading) onto trucks, trailers, or containers. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and accuracy of all dock operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the loading and unloading teams. * Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. * Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols. * Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations. * Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
