- Hands-on experience in NI Act 138 cases, recovery matters, and regulatory compliance is mandatory. 2. Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, labour, and commercial laws. 3. Expertise in Negotiable Instruments Act, Motor Vehicle laws, Labour laws, and Consumer Protection laws. 4. Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and licensing procedures. 5. Excellent drafting and analytical skills. 6. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. 7. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. 8. Effective handling and timely progress of litigation matters. 9. Recovery of outstanding dues through legal channels. 10. Compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. 11. Quality and accuracy of legal drafting and documentation. 12. Reduction of legal risks and liabilities.
