Description

* Lead primary & secondary sales target in value, volume & outlet wise in the assigned territory. * Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers & retailers for expanding into new markets. * Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. * Monitor and control beat productivity plan of PSR to drive business profitability/revenue. * Responsible for end-to-end High Volume Outlet management. * Support in driving various retailer incentive schemes and facilitating them in maintaining productivity of all Deep Freezers (DFs) in the assigned territory. * Signing of new contracts, security deposits and other requirements for installation of company asset (Deep Freezer). * Escalate all Deep Freezers (DFs) maintenance issues to the maintenance team and follow up for closure. * Maintaining business relationship with dealers & distributors to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their critical service-related issues (meltage, product availability etc.)
