| * Build and maintain relations with major clients and providing support to Bakeries, Hotels, Restaurant, Cafes and supporting channel partners in improving their performance through effective sales planning. * Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through distributors and business partners. * Plan daily visits to clients (Bakeries, Restaurants, Hotels) to understand local issues and provide solutions and technical guidance in consultation with culinary team. * Increase the number of outlets (Secondary Sales) to support distributors maximise their business. * Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards (FASSI), and ethical practices. * Work with culinary and other stakeholders to organise demos for product upselling and cross-selling at end-customer point. * Identify opportunities for expanding the non-dairy cream business into new markets or product segments, driving growth and market penetration. |
