Executive - Affiliate Sales

With presence in India, Singapore, UAE, UK, and USA, vCommission empowers meaningful digital growth across multiple verticals — Ecommerce, Travel, Utility, LeadGen IN, LeadGen & PPC US, and India COD Ecom.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and sales to join our growing Affiliate Sales team.

• Review and evaluate inbound affiliate registrations.
• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners through LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, and online research.
• Reach out to prospective affiliates via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to onboard them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.
• Understand affiliate traffic sources and recommend suitable campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of affiliate interactions in CRM and Trackier.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign activation, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Follow up with inactive affiliates and drive activation.
• Monitor affiliate performance and share insights with reporting managers.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, digital advertising, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned acquisition and activation targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Post Graduate.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interest in Digital Sales and Affiliate Marketing.
• Basic understanding of online marketing is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be a plus.
