MIS - Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive – Ad Operations to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, expertise in reporting and dashboard creation, and hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and AI productivity tools to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and automate operational dashboards and business reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality checks.
• Track Google Ads budgets, account allocations, and available credits.
• Support Meta Ads operational reporting and campaign performance analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain SOPs, reporting templates, and process documentation.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Ad Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Excel Shortcuts
  • VLOOKUP
  • XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Dashboard Creation
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio.
• Experience preparing and maintaining MIS reports and business dashboards.
• Practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
• Good documentation and process management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
