Business Analyst (0–2 Years) | AI Product Development | Trichy (Work from Office)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our AI Product Development team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and support the successful delivery of AI-powered products.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about business analysis, product development, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

*** Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and requirement traceability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply. (Preference given to prior experience as a Business Analyst)
