Purpose of the Role

This position is created in order to attend the Dataset verification for software on vehicle applications, calibration at vehicle level and testbeds for Engine Management System  SW (Software) across BS6 Platforms and other ECUS (Electronic Control Units) Verification Like IC (Instrument Cluster), VECU (Vehicle Electronic Control Unit), Telematics. Support on filed issues analysis and resolution of filed issues, To ensure adherence to the regulatory norms.

Education

Diploma  in Electrical /Mechatronics

Experience

• Relevant Experience of 0-7 Years

Business Understanding

Area of Responsibility

Software Verification

Driving software and Dataset verification for software on-vehicle applications. Ensuring all software features are working as per requirements. Verifying all field concern & regulation requirements in software, Troubleshooting of harness issues, Verification of software, OBD software check. In order to meet the data set and software maturity.

Drive field Issue Resolution (Software/Sensor/ECU)

Field issue analysis, Interaction with supplier field issue resolution, AM team support for field issue analysis. Drive AM issue with the software team to ensure the issue will not repeat in BS6. Ensuring implementation of field concern resolution within team. In order to achieve zero customer complaints.

Project Lead Support

For Project Documentation and Planning and the coordination with CFTS( Cross function Team). The purpose of the activity is for the smooth implementation of the project with supportive follow-ups with concerned CFTS.

Lead Electrical & Electronics hardware aggregates

TD finalization for wiring harness preparation, DVP plan preparation, QDCF for controls component, Sensors and actuators finalization, PAA (Part Application approval) & DFMEA. In order to Lead the complete hardware like Sensors, ECUS & Actuators.
