Human Resource Executive

Vecmocon is looking for an HR Associate to join our HR team. You will be assisting the Lead in all recruitment and operations activity of HR matters across the company for employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of recruitment and operational activities of HR.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate communication. Execute onboarding and induction, including documentation and orientation.HR Operations & Data: Maintain employee records (digital & physical), manage HRMS (preferably KEKA), generate HR reports, and support payroll coordination.Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute engagement activities, pulse surveys, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.Performance & L&D: Assist in performance review cycles, goal setting, data tracking, and coordinate employee learning and development with team leads.Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring effective communication and resolution.Compliance: Support adherence to HR policies, labor laws, contract management, and ensure statutory compliance in collaboration with finance and leadership.

Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
