PCB Assembly Engineer

What you will do

• Inspect and diagnose faulty PCBs using testing equipment.
• Perform component-level repairs, including replacing ICs, resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, connectors, and other electronic components.
• Carry out SMD and through-hole soldering and desoldering.
• Perform firmware flashing, programming, and software updates when required.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain repair records and prepare service reports.
• Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
• Coordinate with the engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
