Associate, CoE Analytics

This role will support to Vena Philippines operating plants from data-driven logic for asset performance optimization. Ensures data integrity, continuous asset monitoring, and delivers actionable insights through validated tools and management reporting.

Key roles & responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with country O & M team (Philippines) and Engineering team for improving asset performance through performance analysis.
• New plant integration to Vena software, understanding all the data and delivering right dashboard logics.
• Ensure all the performance KPI reports available to management for the periodic review.
• Ensure monitoring and routine defined analysis should be happening seamlessly.
• Consistent performance monitoring with 24×7 live asset tracking.

Prerequisites:

• Education - BE /BTech in Electrical/Electronics/ECE
• 2-5 years of experience in solar plant operation or analysis
• Field experience in solar plant
• Advance excel, and Presentation skills
• Ready to work in shifts
