As we continue to grow our Functional Consulting team in Singapore, we have an opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant to join the organization. The Senior Functional Consultant is required to lead and influence customers, gain a deep understanding of their business problems, and, through technical analysis, recommend solutions. The role is an expert in business processes and the ServiceNow platform, and is capable of delivering advice confidently when required. The consultant will work closely with the pre-sales team and be involved in delivering documentation through all stages of a project's lifecycle.
