| PURPOSE | Own plant-level supply constraint identification and delivery performance. First-line resolver of supply disruptions — acting before the production scheduler knows there is a problem. No line stops, no surprises, no excuses. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
| Key Responsibilities |
| * Identify and escalate supply constraints daily; own plant-level constraint register |
| * Manage supplier delivery performance at plant level; drive root cause analysis on failures |
| * Mitigate line-down risk: coordinate emergency supply actions before impact on production |
| * Expedite critical materials; escalate commercial leverage requirements to RCM after exhausting first-line options |
| * Coordinate cross-functionally with production planning; maintain aligned constraint and delivery horizon |
| * Execute root cause analysis on delivery failures; track corrective actions through to closure |
| * Support inventory optimisation: flag excess and shortfall positions to planning team |
| * Participate in Category Team as extended member; surface recurring supplier delivery issues to GCM/RCM |
