Project Manager-Internship

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate between clients and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient approach, and the ability to understand client requirements clearly. Knowledge of AI tools and modern project management platforms is essential.

• Coordinate effectively between clients and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand client requirements in detail and convert them into actionable tasks.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
• Use AI tools and project management platforms to manage tasks and workflows.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement immediate solutions.
• Manage client expectations with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
• Prepare schedules, reports, documentation, and project updates for both teams and clients.
• Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Support process improvements and team coordination for efficient project delivery

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of AI tools and PM platforms (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solving ability
• Patience and client-handling experience
• Time management and multi-tasking
• Technical understanding to work with engineering teams

• Must be currently staying in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable)
• Immediate joiners or max 15 days notice preferred
