- Project Planning & Scheduling (Expertise in MS Project preferred)
- Project Monitoring (Expertise in Project Management software preferred)
- Material Management
- Project Co-ordination
- Project Reports Preparation
- Expertise in MS Office Package
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Project Schedule and monitoring of projects
- Preparation of Billing schedule
- Preparation of Project Cash Flow
- Monitoring Project Progress with Project Schedule
- Monitoring of Billing & Collection Status w.r.t. Cash Flow
- Conducting review meeting with concerned department and client
- Interaction/ Liaison with client and consultant
- Interaction/ Liaison with client and consulta
- Following up with Vendors for timely delivery of material
- Following up with Contractors for timely execution of job
- Interaction with inter-department like Design Team, SCM, Finance
- Day to day monitoring with site team for smooth & timely execution
- Preparation & Submission of Project Progress Reports
