Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Develop financial models for strategic projects and investment decisions
• Monitor profitability, margins, and cost optimization initiatives

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Manage consolidation of accounts and inter-company reconciliations
• Support board reporting and leadership presentations

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Manage internal controls, SOP adherence, and corporate governance
• Handle regulatory reporting and taxation matters

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor working capital and liquidity planning
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations
• Support Capex evaluation and funding strategies

Business Finance & Strategic Support

• Partner with cross-functional teams for business performance tracking
• Support pricing decisions, investment evaluation, and profitability analysis
• Assist leadership in strategic initiatives and operational efficiency programs
