The role involves working closely with recruitment, sales, delivery teams, and clients to ensure efficient resource deployment and workforce planning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end resource allocation across staff augmentation projects.Track and maintain resource availability, allocation, and utilization.Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.Work with delivery and sales teams to understand resource needs and priorities.Monitor resource utilization and minimize bench time.Prepare utilization reports, dashboards, and workforce forecasts.Support onboarding, deployment, and offboarding of resources.Maintain resource databases and ensure data accuracy.Identify skill gaps and support hiring strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience in resource management or staff augmentation. Strong understanding of IT roles and staffing models. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and resource management tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
