Good understanding of Magento's architecture and its dependency management. 6. Individual working experience with ownership capabilities. 7. Third party API integration. 8. Eager to learn and contribute in the React UI that we are working on.

Strong architectural knowledge of Magento (not just coding). Should be able to work independently and suggest solutions/alternatives. Must understand feasibility, scalability, and performance implications of requested features. Should demonstrate ownership and communication clarity.
