[Software Services] : Manual QA Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing Web and Mobile applications. The role involves ensuring product quality through test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include understanding requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, tracking defects, and collaborating with development teams. The candidate will also be responsible for validating bug fixes and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will ensure product quality through meticulous test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Understand project requirements, user stories, and business use cases to create test scenarios. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for Web and Mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and cross-browser / cross-device testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA / Bugzilla / Trello / Asana. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve issues and ensure timely releases. Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing & regression testing. Ensure applications meet UI/UX guidelines, responsiveness, and compatibility. Support in preparing test reports, test summary documents, and quality metrics. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
