[Software Services] : QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications. The role involves designing and executing test plans, automating regression suites, collaborating with developers/product teams, and driving continuous improvement in quality assurance practices. Key objectives: Deliver high-quality, bug-free product releases through rigorous testing. Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for faster release cycles. Ensure compliance with functional, performance, security, and usability standards. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API layers. Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, etc.) for regression and smoke testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure early defect detection through shift-left testing practices. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and cross-browser testing. Analyze test results, document defects, and track them through resolution using tools like JIRA/ Azure DevOps. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and tools. Provide clear QA sign-off and communicate risks for production releases.
