Software Engineer (Fresher – 2025 and 2026 Batch)

About the Role

We're looking for bright, curious, and driven graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batch to join our fast-growing Engineering teams at Stadium.

As a fresher joining our Web Development or QA teams, you'll work on real products used globally, learn from experienced engineers, and grow in an environment that values ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learn and Build Real Product Features

• Work with senior engineers to understand system architecture, workflows, and coding standards.
• Contribute to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation lines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with Product, QA, and Design to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.

3. Develop a Strong Engineering Foundation

• Strengthen your understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
• Gain hands-on experience with tools like Git, JIRA, code review processes, and Agile methodologies.

4. Support Testing, Quality, and Deployment

(For QA roles)

• Learn manual testing, automated testing frameworks, and quality best practices.
• Help ensure releases are stable, reliable, and user-friendly.

5. Grow, Iterate, and Improve

• Take feedback positively and continuously enhance your technical and soft skills.
• Be proactive in learning new tools, frameworks, and product areas.

Who You Are

Education

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate from the 2025 batch or 2026 batch.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Solid problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Good understanding of data structures & algorithms.
• Familiarity (or interest) in Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, or similar web technologies.

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Clear communication and willingness to ask questions.
• Curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to learn from senior engineers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
• Hunger to build real products that solve real problems.

Compensation

• Developers: ₹6 LPA + Bonus + ESOPs
• QA Engineers: ₹5 LPA + ESOPs
