Job Description:-

1. Data Management****:**** Collecting, organizing, and managing data from various sources within the organization, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.

**2.******Data Analysis:****Analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to make strategic business decisions.

**3.**Reporting: Creating reports and dashboards to present data and information in a format that is easy to understand for decision-makers.

**4.**Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data storage and retrieval.

**5.**Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and business intelligence software.

**6.**Data Visualization: Using data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and visual representations of data for better understanding and communication.

7. IT Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users when dealing with data-related issues.

8. Data Security: Ensuring the security and privacy of data by implementing and maintaining data protection measures and access controls.

9. System Integration: Integrating data from various systems and sources to create a unified view of the organization's data.

10. Custom Reporting: Designing and developing custom reports to meet the specific needs of different departments or teams within the organization.
11. Strategic Decision Support: Collaborating with management to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Requirements:-

1. Male/Female with experience as MIS specialist may apply.
   2. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and should be well versed in MS Office.
   3. Knowledge of dashboard creations & MIS report preparation.
   4. Knowledge of V lookup, H lookup, and Pivot Tables is mandatory.
   5. Candidates from the western line will only be considered.
   6. Ability to handle multiple jobs/projects at the same time.
   7. Excellent presentation skills.
2. Maintain all records and assist in documentation work.

Skills Required:

1.  Hire a Data Management Executive (DME) who is good with EXCEL.
2. He should have good knowledge of different Excel Formulas.
3. He should know Macros, if possible.
4. Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Should know Pivot Tables.
6. A background in Mathematics will help.
