In depth knowledge of EMR EHR systems Like EPIC Cerner, Athena, HIS modules Clinical Management, Patient Management, RCM, and patient engagement digital platforms.
Working Knowledge of Healthcare APIs and Integration with EMR module Experience in FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards Strong understanding of value based care, clinical workflows, and population health initiatives.Project experience in AI RPA based transformation for Healthcare Providers Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.Experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing requirements and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with clinical leaders, operations, and IT teams.
