Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager with strong sales acumen and experience in selling ERP or software solutions. Roles Responsibilities: • Identify and engage prospective customers through on-site visits, cold calling and networking. • Present and demonstrate YOLO Works ERP for enterprises and explain its features and benefits. • Understand your customers' requirements and propose customized ERP solutions to address their business challenges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure successful deal closures. • Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and advancements in ERP solutions. • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer follow-up records. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field. • 3 to 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. • Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their impact on business operations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing customer relationships. • Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage multiple leads efficiently. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reports. Preferred Skills: • Experience in B2B sales and enterprise software solutions. • Understanding of industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics or finance where ERP solutions are widely used. • Ability to handle objections and provide customized solutions to clients.
