As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach.

🔍 What You'll Do: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via emails and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies Maintain accurate records in CRM and track progress against KPIs Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings

✅ What We're Looking For: Any degree (B.Com, BA, BBA, or equivalent – Freshers encouraged to apply!) 0–6 months of experience in sales, market research, or lead generation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (not mandatory)
