Associate Product Manager

Visit Health is a pioneering health-tech platform, founded in 2016 by BITS Pilani alumni, dedicated to making healthcare accessible, affordable, and preventive. Originated as a telemedicine platform during the 2015 Swine Flu epidemic, Visit Health has grown into an all-in-one wellness ecosystem that connects doctors, insurers, and millions of Indian families. Our services range from physical and mental wellness to OPD benefits, empowering both individuals and corporations to prioritize well-being.

You will have a direct impact on redefining the Health Benefits Programs in the Indian corporate landscape. This is a vast and complex domain, and will involve solving challenges in our core primary care services, insurance and broker related services, user engagement and gamification. You'll work as part of a high-energy team and interact with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth, marketing, category, finance and legal. As part of your day-to-day work, you will Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving employee, employer and partner problems that are aligned with Visit's business goals. Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their success, and iterate based on feedback. Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across Visit as required. Own the end to end product roadmap derived from employee, employer and partner feedback and Visit business strategy

1-3 years of work experience in a product or product-adjacent role like tech, design, growth, strategy Prior startup experience Experience with E-Commerce Background Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
