We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to support our medical underwriting recruitment needs and experience in healthcare division. Given the increasing demand for qualified medical professionals and the need to streamline our recruitment efforts, bringing a dedicated Medical Recruiter on board has become essential.Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for medical underwriter and clinical rolesCollaborate with department heads to identify staffing needsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirementsMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsMaintaining the tracker for documents and agreement tracker for better onboarding process Connect with team for forecasting the hiring requirements

The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for medical underwriter and clinical roles.
