Intern - Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our data and analytics team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare data and business problems. The intern will assist in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, product improvements, and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from multiple structured and unstructured sourcesSupport the creation of dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholdersHelp maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure data consistency and standardizationWork with databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data as per reporting requirementsAnalyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets related to healthcare usage and engagementVisualize data using charts, graphs, cohorts, heat maps, and other analytical techniquesCollaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirementsDocument data definitions, assumptions, and metadata standards

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
