Designation: Android Framework Developer Location: Kolkata Position description: Join Visteon's Software Development team as a senior technical leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of advanced automotive software solutions. This role demands deep expertise in embedded systems and automotive software architectures, with a focus on innovation, quality, and scalability. Primary Responsibilities: Experience in Android Applications, Framework and Native development Strong Java, C/C++ programming skills. Understanding of Android Boot Sequence and various Framework module architecture. Must have worked on Android framework customization extensively (WindowManager, ActivityManager, Zygote, SystemServer Views, Audio, Video, Power Module, etc.) Experience on Android HIDL interfaces and HAL implementation and customizations Proficient in Android System concepts. Strong in fundamentals of IPC and OS concepts. Good experience in Android internals (Android AOSP P/Q expertise preferred) Educational qualifications preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with extensive experience in automotive software development.
