Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of construction projects within the real estate and property development sector. Reporting to senior project management, this individual is responsible for supervising on-site activities, enforcing quality control, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines, technical drawings, and safety regulations. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between engineering teams, contractors, laborers, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Supervise labor teams and contractors, ensuring proper work distribution, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, material usage, workforce attendance, and safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
• Facilitate timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment as per project requirements.
• Report progress, risks, and key developments to the project manager on a regular basis.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision within real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, or a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline on-site.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments with variable schedules.
