Operations/Procurement Executive

VizExperts is a leading technology solutions provider, specializing in XR, data visualization, and mission-critical deployments. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our Operations Lead in ensuring seamless logistics, procurement, and coordination across departments.

• Assist the Operations Lead in travel and accommodation arrangements, including booking flights, trains, taxis, and hotels for employees.
• Manage and maintain travel records, cost estimates, and vendor invoices.
• Handle procurement activities – raise purchase orders, follow up with vendors, coordinate delivery timelines.
• Coordinate the dispatch of hardware and ensure proper documentation for shipping and receiving.
• Liaise with Accounts and Finance teams to ensure timely processing of payments, advances, and expense settlements.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware stock, procurement transactions, and vendor contacts.
• Assist in routine operational activities including vendor evaluation, support ticket closures, and inter-departmental communication.
• Prepare basic reports and trackers using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ensure smooth communication with external partners, logistics providers, and internal teams.

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Experience with travel planning & vendor management
• Basic understanding of procurement & logistics
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Prior experience in operations or administration is preferred
