Job Description:

 Responsible for managing document creation, publishing, and knowledge management activities, including SOP development, process documentation, and PDF accessibility remediation. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and user-friendly content through expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat PDF Remediation, accessibility standards, and document lifecycle management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, maintain content quality, and support operational excellence. Knowledge of U.S. Retirement Services processes and regulations is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of content specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Conduct quality reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Support onboarding, cross-training, and skill development initiatives for team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge management initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and meet business objectives.
Preferred knowledge of U.S. Retirement Services and related participant communication processes.
Create, review, remediate, and publish documents using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and knowledge assets.
Ensure document quality, accessibility compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
Recommend and implement efficiencies in content creation, publishing, and remediation workflows.
