Job Description:

 The role of the Commissions Coordinator is to ensure that all aspects of service are optimal so that Producers will be paid accurate and timely compensation for the sale of Employee Benefits Products.  This position will have hands-on direct administrative responsibility for case level commission configuration for new and in-force business

Roles And Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to our distributors by answering and resolving requests received through the team centralized email box.
Drafting Compensation Agreements and updating agent information.
Systematic processing of contract specifics to allow for appropriate compensation payments.
 Processing manual commission payments as required for non-standard processes such as bonuses, deductions and financing programs.
Effective communication with team members, management, and business partners.
Researching and resolving issues that relate to accurate and timely commission payments.
Assist team in meeting SLAs for the various commission cycle payments to our distributors.
Process other non- routine functions that are a result of compensation payments, such as audits, compensation program reports, payday balancing, MDRT and tax reporting
