Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled Automation & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and support business process automation, system integrations, and reporting solutions across various internal systems and data, primarily utilizing Microsoft tools.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience administering or developing enterprise and process workflows,  who are comfortable translating business requirements into automated, scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibility:
Workflow Automation & Platform Configuration
Design, build, and maintain workflow automations and integrations.
Configure business objects, forms, workflows, and rules to support operational processes.
Translate business requirements into module‑based automation solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows for reliability and performance.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to continuously improve process efficiency.
Enterprise Platform Support
Configure and administer systems to meet business needs (no coding required, but strong technical aptitude essential).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation and training materials for system processes and configurations.
Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot platform functionality issues.

Primary Skill:

Expertise in using Power Automate

Secondary Skill:

                          Using MS Office tools for automation

Qualifications:

Preferrable B Tech graduate but fine without it if comes with Power Automate expertise.
