Job Description:

Domain Expertise:
Understanding of Asset Management concepts, including Asset Class, performance analytics, benchmarks, and key performance ratios.
Awareness of how financial data drives marketing collateral such as Fact Sheets, Strategy Briefs and Institutional Presentations.
Ability to interpret fund data and ensure its correct application within automated reporting and publication workflows.

Primary Skill:

Marketing Operations & Automation
• Coordinate automated production of fund marketing materials using Seismic, Coric (SimCorp)
• Support process automation and data integration initiatives to improve speed and scalability of deliverables.
• Manage the source-to-publish workflow for fund marketing collaterals across digital platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all materials published internally and externally.

Secondary Skill:

Data Management & Analysis
• Handle structured and unstructured data (XML, CSV, JSON) used in fund reporting and marketing templates.
• Perform data validation, profiling, and formatting to ensure data accuracy for fund and composite outputs.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze datasets supporting marketing collateral.
• Build dashboards and reporting utilities to track production metrics, delivery timelines, and automation efficiency.
