| Role Summary | Lead and guide the team to deliver high‑quality results by managing daily operations, performance, and process adherence. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the team, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. |
| Key Roles & Responsibilities | 1. Lead and manage the operations team to ensure effective service delivery, SLA adherence, and compliance. 2. Collaborate closely with internal, offshore, and onshore stakeholders to maintain smooth and scalable process flows. 3. Plan, organize, and oversee team activities, including quality checks, estimations, documentation, and record accuracy. 4. Drive process improvements, resolve gaps, handle escalations, and support audits and compliance requirements. 5. Mentor, motivate, and develop team members through training, performance management, and career development initiatives. |
