Email Creative designer-Hubspot

Summary

This role focuses on creating visual assets and designs for marketing emails in Figma. The

person will build graphics based on established templates and provided product information,

ensuring visual polish and brand consistency across all email creative. They'll work closely

with the email production team to deliver design-ready assets for use in HubSpot. The ideal

candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Figma, with a strong eye for

layout, typography, and brand guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Create visual assets and designs based on templates and product information

• Design email graphics, banners, and product imagery for marketing campaigns

• Maintain visual and brand consistency across all creative assets

• Organize and export design files for handoff to the email production team

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to source accurate content and imagery

• Incorporate feedback from creative reviews into revised designs

Skills & Experience:

• Experience designing in Figma

• Strong understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, color)

• Ability to work within established templates while maintaining creative quality

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with email marketing creative a plus

• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines

• HubSpot (for reference to templates/modules)

• SharePoint/other document sharing
