Job Summary

Role Overview

VTech is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Specialist to support and manage SLED (State, Local & Education) client accounts. This role involves acting as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth account operations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned SLED accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Recruitment, Delivery, Compliance, and Finance for seamless execution of client requirements.
• Assist in end-to-end account operations, including onboarding, documentation, timesheet tracking, and billing support.
• Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and reports accurately.
• Work closely with senior Account Managers to understand client expectations, compliance, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLED processes, SLAs, and organizational guidelines.
• Monitor requirements and support timely submissions and closures.
• Participate in client calls, reviews, and internal meetings.
• Support in resolving client escalations and operational challenges efficiently.
• Assist in account mapping and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts (non-sales).
• Track and analyze account performance metrics and client feedback.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced service delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across client and internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Staffing, or Operations.
• Hands-on experience working with State, Local, and Education (SLED) clients or other government-sector clients is preferred.
• Experience in the IT Staffing, IT Services, or IT Consulting industry is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of client servicing and account management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Account Management domain.
