App Service Analyst

As we transform our organization with AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation, we're looking for an enthusiastic and technically strong App Service Analyst (Interns) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building next-gen applications using AI for service and application layer integration. You'll play a key role in developing micro-products, researching AI use cases, supporting application development and enhancing internal systems with automation and intelligence. Key Responsibilities: AI & Automation Development: Collaborate on building AI-based tools, workflows, and process automation solutions to improve business efficiency. Research & Innovation: Explore the latest AI models and technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI, etc.) and recommend how they can be applied across departments. Application Support: Contribute to existing PHP-based application layers to integrate AI services and maintain seamless functionality. Data Handling: Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation for AI model training and analysis. Prototyping: Develop working prototypes for AI-driven solutions using Python, PHP, Drupal and API-based integrations. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Designers, Analysts, and QA to deliver scalable AI products. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for workflows, code, use cases, and AI model implementation logic. Support & Maintenance: Assist in issue resolution, debugging, and performance optimization of AI-integrated application services.

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Familiarity with APIs, web services, and database integration. Understanding of AI principles, natural language processing (NLP), or generative models is a plus. Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to experiment with new ideas. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
